The University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital School of Health Information Management (UPTH SHIM) is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the 2024/2025 academic session into the National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND).
UPTH School of Health Information Management Entry Requirements 2024/2025
- Candidates must have a minimum of five credit passes in relevant subjects in not more than two sittings at SSCE/WASCE or their equivalent.
- The required subjects include Mathematics, Chemistry, English Language, and Biology or Health Science.
- Additional subjects can be chosen from Economics, Geography, Religious Studies, Nigerian Language, or any other approved subject.
- A minimum score of 100 in JAMB is also required (cut off mark).
UPTH School of Health Information Management Method of Application 2024/2025
Interested candidates should collect the admission form at the UPTH School of Health Information Management, Choba, Port Harcourt. The application fee (as indicated on the form) must be paid into the school’s account at any branch of Sterling Bank.
