College of Nursing Sciences Mbano Admission Form

College of Nursing Sciences Joint Hospital Mbano CONSMBANO (affiliated to Imo State University, Owerri) admission form is out and on sale. Admission is currently ongoing for the Basic Midwifery Department of the College of Nursing Sciences Joint Hospital Mbano. The general public and prospective students are hereby informed of this opportunity.

Candidates who applied to CONSMBANO in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are invited to the screening exercise for admission.

UTME applications are also welcomed from qualified candidates into the ND/HND Nursing Programme at the College of Nursing Sciences Mbano. Specialisations are available in Midwifery and Public Health Nursing, following the General Nursing Professional Examination.

Entry Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least five credits in O’level exams, including Biology, Physics, Chemistry, English Language, and Mathematics. These can be from WASSCE, WAEC-GCE, NECO, NABTEB, or equivalents, obtained in not more than two sittings.
  • NABTEB results can only be combined with NABTEB.
  • Candidates must have scored a minimum of 160 cut off mark in the UTME to be eligible.
  • Candidates who did not choose CONSMBANO as their college of choice but scored 160 or above can also apply, provided they visit the JAMB CAPS to change their institution to CONSMBANO.

Method of Application

Candidates must have scored a minimum of 160 cut off mark in the JAMB UTME and chose College of Nursing Sciences Joint Hospital Mbano as school of Choice.

Candidates who didn’t initially choose CONSMBANO but scored the required UTME points must update their JAMB CAPS to reflect the college as their institution of choice.

Interested candidates should apply online through CONSMBANO website at https://consmbano.edu.ng/apply. Applicants will need to generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) on the website and proceed to pay a non-refundable eighteen thousand naira (N18,000) either online or at any commercial bank using the generated RRR.

Application on 16th August, 2024.

Post UTME Screening

The screening exercise will take place on 17th August, 2024 at the College premises. Time is 8am prompt. It’s a Qualifying Aptitude Test and CBT.

The Post-UTME screening exercise will be based on verified JAMB scores and WAEC, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB results. Ensure that your JAMB registration number, date of birth, state of origin, and other details are correct in your application.

You must provide a valid mobile number and email address for communication.
