College of Nursing Sciences St. Camillus Catholic Hospital Entry Requirements 2024/2025
- Candidates must have credit passes in the following subjects Mathematics, English, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics.
- Results can be combined from WAEC-WAEC, NECO-NECO, or WAEC-NECO in no more than two sittings.
- Awaiting results will not be accepted.
- The minimum age for applicants is 17 years.

Candidates can apply online by visiting https://conscatholicdioceseuromi.edu.ng. Applicants must choose either the Nursing or Midwifery programme when filling out the form.
The non-refundable application fee can be paid online via WebPay using card details. Upon successful payment, a notification with a reference number will be sent to the candidate’s email. Afterward, candidates will be redirected to complete their application form.
Applicants are required to upload the following documents:

- Birth Certificate
- Secondary School Results
Candidates will receive a confirmation email and be redirected to print their registration slip.
