College of Nursing Sciences St. Gerard’s Hospital Kakuri Form 2024/2025

College of Nursing Sciences, St. Gerard’s Catholic Hospital Kakuri, Kaduna, has announced the sales of forms for Basic Nursing and Basic Midwifery for the 2024/2025 academic session. Forms for the 2024 session are available from starts from 3rd October and ends on 22nd October, 2024.

St. Gerard’s Catholic Hospital Kakuri Entry Requirements

Candidates must have five credits in the following subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology. These credits should be obtained in no more than two sittings from WAEC, NECO, or GCE.

Method of Application

Application forms are available at the School Account’s Office upon presentation of a bank teller showing payment of a non-refundable fee of twenty thousand naira (N20,000) only. The application fee is payable to the following account:

Entrance Exam

Date of Examination: 23d October, 2024

Date of Interview: 24th and 25th October, 2024

Venue: College Of Nursing Sciences St. Gerard’s Catholic Hospital, Kaduna

Time: 7:30 am prompt

The date for the entrance exam will also be provided on the registration slip after successful application. Candidates who pass the exam will be given a date for the oral interview.

Successful candidates’ names will be posted at the college. Candidates are required to pay N5,000 at the venue for the screening. They must also bring original certificates such as WAEC, NECO, Birth Certificate, State of Origin, etc.

Each candidate must present:

• A letter of good behaviour from their Pastor or Imam.
• A sponsorship commitment from their sponsors.
• Catholics should bring their Baptismal card.

Failure to attend the interview on the scheduled date will result in disqualification. Also, for successful candidates, admission letters will be collected from the Provost’s office on the date announced for 2024. Candidates are encouraged to visit the college’s website at https://stgch.org.
