College of Nursing St Charles Borromeo Specialist Hospital form

College of Nursing St Charles Borromeo Specialist Hospital admission for National Diploma (ND) programme 2024/2025 session. The College of Nursing Sciences, St Charles Borromeo Specialist Hospital, Onitsha is now accepting students for the ND Nursing Programme. The College is accredited by the NBTE and has full accreditation from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).

St Charles Borromeo Specialist Hospital Requirements for Admission

Prospective candidates and their parents or guardians should note that as part of the requirements for admission:

  • The College of Nursing Sciences, St Charles Borromeo Specialist Hospital, Onitsha must be chosen as the first choice during JAMB registration
  • Candidates must obtain a minimum score of 120 in the JAMB examination
  • Five (5) O’Level credits are required in relevant subjects, including Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, in no more than two sittings
  • Candidates must be at least 17 years old
  • All candidates must have completed secondary school education and have the necessary certificates.

Method of Application

Candidates who score at least 120 in JAMB UTME and chose the School as their choice of institution should apply. Those who did not choose this school are encouraged to visit a JAMB Accredited CBT Center for a change of institution to the College of Nursing Sciences, St Charles Borromeo Specialist Hospital, Onitsha. Make sure to upload your results on JAMB CAPS.

You are to visit https://stcharlesborromeocon.com and apply. The application fee is twenty thousand naira (N20,000) only. Pay into Zenith Bank in Favour of St. Charles Borromeo College of Nursing, Onitsha. Account Number: 1014412009. Come with E-Payment and Teller to the school.

Candidates are to apply online or send their filled application form to the registered postal address. Candidates must submit all required documents along with the fee payment, including Birth Certificate, certificate of Local Government of origin, Marriage Certificate (if applicable), and passport photograph (provided during registration).

Eligible candidates will be called for an interview with all necessary documents.

Post UTME Exam
