The Kaduna State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) has announced that it has shortlisted applicants for the oral interview stage in its ongoing recruitment of teachers for public primary schools in the state. The PDF containing the names of successful candidates has been released following the recent exercise. Applicants can now check the Kaduna SUBEB portal to see if they have been shortlisted, and this guide will explain how to do so.
Is Kaduna SUBEB Shortlisted Candidates List Out?
Candidates who submitted their applications through the Kaduna SUBEB portal are hereby notified that the final list for the screening exercise is out. This list includes the names of successful applicants. If your name is on the list, it’s time to start preparing for the oral interview. The earlier you confirm your name, the better.
The oral interviews will take place at the Local Government Education Authority (LEA) offices in the 23 local government areas of the state. Successful candidates will receive notifications through SMS and email, informing them of their specific interview dates.
The Kaduna SUBEB portal is accessible to everyone, meaning you can easily check it on your phone or any other device. All applicants who participated in the recruitment process are encouraged to visit the portal and search for their names. The Education Board has emphasized that only those who met the eligibility criteria, including the cut-off mark established by the Kaduna SUBEB before the recruitment process, have been included in the final list of candidates.

- Visit the Kaduna SUBEB Portal at http://subeb.kdsg.gov.ng/
- Log in using your email address, application ID, and password
- Select the Shortlist Option once the dashboard opens
- Click the Shortlist to view the names
- Search for Your Name in the downloaded list
Applicants who provided valid phone numbers and email addresses during the application process will also be contacted directly. It’s a good idea to check your email regularly for further instructions if your name appears on the list.
Kaduna SUBEB Interview Date 2024
The interview dates for successful candidates are scheduled to last for 7 days from the date of the release of this shortlist. The interview sessions will commence at 9 am each day. Candidates should log into their portal accounts to confirm the specific dates of their interviews.

As signed by the board’s Executive Chairman, successful candidates will attend the interview sessions at their respective local government areas. However, applicants from other states will be interviewed at the nearest available centers to them.
