| Higher National Diploma Environmental Health (2 years) | Holders of National Diploma (ND) in Environmental Health Technology with at least Lower Credit. In addition to the five (5) ‘O’ Level credit passes at WAEC or NECO in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. |
| ND Epidemiology and Disease Control (2 years) | Five credits in NECO/WAEC, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at not more than two sittings. Environmental Health Certificate of CGPA not less than 2.50. |
| Diploma in Public Health Technology (2 years) | Five credits in NECO/WAEC, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at not more than two sittings. Environmental Health Assistant Certificate of CGPA not less than 2.50. |

Interested applicants should visit https://portal.lascohet.edu.ng and click on Apply Now to register.
The Application is online, and the fee is N20,000 only, i.e. N10,000 for application form and N10,000 for processing fee. You will also pay for N7,500 result verification for each O’Level result you include. If you use two O’Level results, you will pay N15,000 for verification.
