Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja has announced admission applications for 2024/2025 academic session. The various LASUTH Schools are currently selling admission forms to all interested and qualified applicants.
Available Programmes and Admission Requirements

| School of Anaesthetic Technology (LASAT) – 3 years | Five (5) O’Level credits in WASC, NECO or SSCE in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, and Mathematics at not more than two (2) sittings. The result must be within the last 5 years. |
| School of Orthopaedic Cast Technology (ND, LASUTHSOCT) – 2 years | Five (5) O’Level Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, 2 out of the 3 core science subjects (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics), and any other subject. Prospective applicants must have a minimum JAMB UTME score of 120. |
| School of Echocardiography – 1 year | Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physiology or Radiography from a reputable university. Admission is open in May, with the entrance examination conducted between July and August. |
| Hospital/Administration and HR, APDHAM – 12 months | Must be a holder of a first degree in the field of Humanities, Social Science, or other relevant courses. |
| Caregiver Academy, LASUTH CGA – 3 months | Applicants must possess five (5) O’Level Credit passes including English language and Mathematics. |
LASUTH Method of Application
Interested and qualified candidates should obtain application forms from the Work Planning and Recruitment Unit, MRC Building, LASUTH.
Submit your completed application forms along with photocopies of your credentials, curriculum vitae (CV), two (2) recent passport photographs on a white background, SSCE/NECO certificate or print out of result from WAEC/NECO, UTME printout and result slip.

The 2024 application fee is indicated on the form, and must be paid to the specified bank account. Please note that the 2024 application fee and dates are different for the various programmes.
LASUTH Schools Screening Examination
The screening exam for 2024 is scheduled based on the date provided on the admission form. Lagos State University Teaching Hospital will conduct the exam using a computer-based test (CBT) format, followed by an oral interview.
Candidates will come with their payment receipt and means of identification.

LASUTH School does not have any admission agents. Therefore, applicants are advised to be cautious and only register on the school’s website.
