- Possess a minimum of HND, B.Sc., NCE, or OND from an accredited institution.

- Provide a discharge or exemption certificate from the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- Have no criminal record and provide a reliable referee.
- Demonstrate computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Possess a good understanding of examination standards and regulations.
- Provide a medical fitness certificate from a government-recognised hospital.
- Present valid identification, such as a National Identification Number (NIN).
- Candidates are expected to show integrity, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to professional excellence.
