This is to inform concerned applicants that the Board of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) has approved the release of results for 2024 Professional Examinations for General/Post Basic nurses.
NMCN Results Are Out for 2024
The Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) has released the results for the 2024 Professional Examinations for General and Post Basic nurses. This includes the results for various nursing programmes such as Basic Nursing, Refresher, Foreign Trained Nurses, Public Health Nursing, Dental Oral-Health Nursing, Neonatal Nursing, Nephrology Nursing, and Community Nursing. Post Basic Nursing Programmes’ results are also available.
However, the Governing Board of the NMCN has withheld the results from some training institutions. Investigations are ongoing to determine the conduct of the examinations at these institutions.
How to Check NMCN Result Online 2024
Heads of training institutions are instructed to check the 2024 NMCN results for their institutions online. Candidates should check their results at their respective training institutions.
Successful candidates are to visit the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria portal at https://portal.nmcn.gov.ng to apply online for Registration and Licencing for 2024.
Nurses are also allowed to track their examination online at https://portal.nmcn.gov.ng/Examinations/trackStatus by entering their Index Number and Date of Birth.
Both candidates and training institutions are urged to complete their online registration and payment within 90 days. Late registration carries a penalty fee of N16,250 per applicant after 90 days. An additional fee of N6,562 per year will be charged for delays in the first licensing.
