The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has announced NNPC recruitment 2024, and is inviting qualified candidates to apply before the deadline. Vacancies are open for both fresh graduates and seasoned professionals interested in working in the company.
NNPC Recruitment 2024
NNPC is recruiting people for different vacant positions for both supervisory roles (professionals) and graduate trainees. Candidates should note that the recruitment process is free and does not charge any fees for job application submissions.
2024 courses accepted by the NNPC include Geosciences, Petroleum Engineering, Well Engineering, General Engineering, Operations Engineering, Commercial Finance, Accounts, Audit, Taxation and Insurance, Information Technology, and Legal (Law).
NNPC Recruitment Requirements 2024
- Applicants must be Nigerians, and possess valid NIN.
- Applicants must possess Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or Master’s Degree.
- Candidates must have completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and have NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate.
- Applicants must have graduated from an accredited university/polytechnic/monotechnic.
- Candidates should possess professional and leadership expertise, be able to develop and implement strategies for operational excellence, be able to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance and drive team performance and development.
- Graduate Trainee applicants must be able to support line managers/supervisors with the delivery of project team assignments.
- Applicants must not be more than 28 years of age as of 31st December 2024.
- Must possess good communication skills.
- Computer literacy and interpersonal skills are an added advantage

Interested applicants should visit the NNPCL careers portal at https://careers.nnpcgroup.com and click on Apply Now under Graduate Trainee or Experienced Professionals to submit their applications.
Applicants will be required to enter their correct information, including name and email on the NNPC recruitment form.
After application, the candidate should print out the Application Slip, and Referee Form which will be required during the interview stages.
NNPC Recruitment Deadline 2024
The deadline for 2024 NNPC application is as indicated on the application form for 2024. NNPCL has disclosed that there will be no extension. The portal closes four weeks from the date of the announcement.
