Supervisory Cadre NNPC Application Requirements
- Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in First Class or Second Class Upper Division.
- HND with Distinction
- Bachelor’s Degree in Second Class Lower Division with a completed Master’s Degree
- HND with a minimum of Upper Credit and a completed Master’s Degree
- Applicants are expected to have professional and leadership expertise
As an experienced professional recruited into the NNPC, you must be able to achieve NNPC’s business objectives, help the company develop and implement strategies for operational excellence, ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with statutory regulations, and drive team performance and development.
The courses of study to work in NNPC include Geosciences, Petroleum Engineering, Well Engineering, General Engineering, Operations Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Accounts, Audit, Taxation, & Insurance, Information Technology, and Legal (Law).
Graduate Trainee NNPC Application Requirements
- Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in First Class or Second Class Upper Division
- HND with Distinction
- Bachelor’s Degree in Second Class Lower Division with a completed Master’s Degree
- HND with a minimum of Upper Credit and a completed Master’s Degree
- Graduated from an accredited university, polytechnic, or monotechnic not earlier than 2019
- Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
- Applicants must not be more than 28 years of age as of 31st December 2024
- Possess good communication
- Applicants must have good Computer skills and interpersonal skills
Graduate trainee’s responsibilities include supporting the implementation of organizational processes, delivering cost-effective business outcomes, supporting line managers and supervisors in developing and implementing strategic work plans, and assisting in delivering project team assignments.

NNPC Recruitment Deadline 2024/2025
The deadline for all NNPC applications is August 20, 2024. Applicants’ personal data will be used solely for the recruitment process and NOTHING else.
If any false information is discovered at any point, the applicant will be disqualified and possibly handed over to the security authorities for prosecution.
