Oyo State College of Health Science and Technology (OYSCHST), Eleyele has announced the sales of Post UTME admission form for the 2024/2025 academic session. This is a notification for both JAMB and non JAMB candidates interested in studying at OYSCHST Eleyele this current session.
The College of Health Science is pleased to announce that the screening exercise is for HND/ND, Professional Diploma (PD), and Professional Certificate Studies programmes. Interested candidates are urged to submit their application before the deadline.
Oyo State College of Health Science and Tech Requirements for Admission
- ND applicants must possess a minimum of five credits in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in not more than two sittings, including WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB
- WAEC and NECO can be combined but NABTEB must be in one sitting
- HND or ND applicants must have a 2024 JAMB result with a minimum of 150
- Certificate Programmes must have O’ Level Credits in English. Mathematics, Biology and any other two passes in science subjects.
Method of Application
Candidates who scored at least 150 in JAMB and chose the College as Institution of Choice are eligible to apply, and must upload their O Level results on JAMB portal.
Interested candidates should visit the OYSCHST Eleyele admission application portal at https://oyschst.edu.ng/oyschst and complete the application form. Applicants will be required to make a payment for the 2024 application fee during the registration (this amount is stated on the application form).
PD and Certificate students can also come to the school campus for registration. After registration, applicant should print out the application slip.
Candidates are to attend the screening in person with their:
- Originals of relevant credentials O’ level or A’ Level results
- Acknowledgment Slip
- Photocopies of all results presented will be submitted at the center
- Photocopy of indigene letter
- Certificate of birth/declaration of age
Candidates will be contacted via SMS on their phone for the date, time and venue of screening.
The portal for the 2024 academic session will open for registrations on the specified date on the admission form. The 2024 closing date for registration is indicated on the notification slip.
Oyo State College of Health Science and Technology Eleyele has not authorised any agents for admissions.
