Applications are invited for admission into the School of Health Information Management for a two-year course leading to the award of National Diploma (ND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Health Information Management for the 2024/2025 academic year.
University of Uyo Teaching Hospital SHIM Entry Qualifications 2024/2025
Candidates must have obtained the minimum entry requirements of five credits at not more than two sittings in WASCE, GCE, SSCE or NECO in English Language, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science, Chemistry or Physics and any other subject.

Application forms are obtainable from the School of Health Information Uyo Teaching Hospital, Uyo with a non-refundable fee of N10,000 only payable to the School Account:
