The Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), formerly known as the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR), is inviting applications from qualified University and Polytechnic graduates to fill various positions. The NUPRC recruitment 2024/2025 is ongoing. The recruitment process has been designed for the sustainable development of Nigeria’s oil and gas resources. Applicants are to available for any of the positions available for fill up as approved by the government.

NUPRC Recruitment Eligibility Requirements

To apply for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Candidates should possess either an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in relevant sciences or a Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (BSc/HND) in relevant sciences
  • Candidates should not be older than 27 years
  • While not mandatory, computer literacy will be an added advantage
  • Applicants must be Nigerian citizens with a valid ID such as NIN
  • Birth certificate or Age declaration
  • Professional qualifications certificate (if any)
  • State of Origin
  • Local Government Area (LGA)
  • Marital Status

NUPRC Recruitment Application Process 2024

  • Go to the NUPRC application portal at www.nuprc.gov.ng
  • Click on the available job position
  • Read through the job description and requirements
  • Click on Apply
  • Enter the required information into the NUPRC online application form
  • Upload the required documents such as your academic qualifications, NIN, and CV
  • Click on Submit

Interested and qualified applicants are to complete their applications within two weeks of this publication on the NUPRC career vacancy website.

If your application is approved, you will be invited for an aptitude test/interview.

Successful candidates are expected to bring the following documents to the test/interview:

  1. Birth Certificate (Not sworn affidavit)
  2. WASSCE Result
  3. OND Certificate
  4. L.G.A of Origin Certificate

Candidates who participated in the aptitude tests should keep monitoring the accessible online portal for the outcome and subsequent stages of the exercise.
