UDUTH School of Post Basic Perioperative Nursing 2024/2025 Form

School of Post Basic Perioperative Nursing, Usmanu Danfodio University Teaching Hospital, UDUTH, Sokoto 2024/2025 admission form is out on sale.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the School of Post Basic Perioperative Nursing (SPON), UDUTH. The School offers a 12-month Post Basic training in Perioperative Nursing Education.

UDUTH SPON Entry Requirements 2024/2025

  • Applicant must have at least five (5) Credits in WAEC, NABTEB, GCE, or NECO which should include Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and English Language at not more than two (2) sittings.
  • Candidate must be a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
  • Candidate must have a current practicing licence.
  • Must have at least one year of Post Nursing qualification experience.
  • Must have a release letter from their employer (if applicable).

Method of Application

Interested applicants should pay a non-refundable N10,000 into School of Post Basic Perioperative Nursing, UDUTH account via Remita. The applicant should type in Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital Sokoto and select UDUTH School of Perioperative Nursing from the drop-down menu.

The candidate should submit an original copy of the payment receipt to the Schools, after which they will be given a PIN for registration. The candidate can now go to UDUTH SPON portal at https://spon.uduth.org.ng and complete their application.

The application portal is open from May, 2024 and closes July, 2024. There will be Entrance Examination/Oral Interview between July, 2024 and August, 2024 at the School premises by 8:00 am. All shortlisted candidates will be expected to bring along two (2) copies of their Application Summary and original/photocopies of credentials.
