Admission into Basic Nursing Programme 2024/2025, Ikot Ekpene, application form is on sale. Admissions are ongoing for eligible candidates into the Basic Nursing Programme of the College for the 2024 intake.
Akwa Ibom Basic Nursing Form Requirements 2024/2025
- Candidates must have WASSCE, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB with credits in English Language, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Mathematics. These credits must be obtained in no more than two sittings.
- WAEC and NECO results can be combined.
- NABTEB results must stand alone and cannot be combined with other examinations.
Akwa Ibom Basic Nursing Ikot Ekpene Application Method
Registration for 2024 will begin on the date specified in the published announcement. Registration is open from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm daily, excluding weekends and public holidays. The venue for registration is the College main Campus in Ikot Ekpene (formerly School of Nursing, Ikot Ekpene).
The registration/processing fee is not the same for Akwa Ibom State indigenes and non-indigenes. For registration, candidates must bring the following:
- Three recent coloured passport photographs
- Original and two photocopies of Educational Certificates (FSLC, WASSCE, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB), Birth Certificate or Age Declaration, Certificate of Local Government of Origin, Change of Name document (if applicable), and Proof of Age (16 years and above).
The entrance examination date for 2024 will be printed on the application slip after registration. Candidates must follow the given date for their exams.

The School does not work with any agents. Registration is not online and must be done at the College main Campus in Ikot Ekpene.
