Ogun State Polytechnic of Health and Allied Sciences, OSPOHAS, Ilese-Ijebu has commenced sales of the National Diploma (ND) POST-UTME Screening form. OSPOHAS Ilese-Ijebu ND Programmes are available in the underlisted courses:
Community Health, Dental Therapy, Dental Technology, Environmental Health Technology, Health Information Management, Nutrition and Dietetics, Paramedics Technology, and Psycho-Social Rehabilitation.
OSPOHAS Ilese-Ijebu Admission Requirements
- Applicants must have a minimum of five (5) credits O/level passes, in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physic, and Biology obtained in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB in not more than two (2) sittings.
- ND programme applicants should obtain JAMB form.
- Applicants must have selected OSPOHAS Ilese-Ijebu as their first choice in the 2024 JAMB UTME and scored 120 cut-off mark and above.
- Applicants awaiting results can apply. However, such applicants MUST indicate “AR” in the column for O/Level Results on the Application Form. The O/Level Results being awaited must be ready before the admission exercise.
- HND programme applicants must possess ND not lower than Lower Credit in a relevant course/programme in addition to O/Level.
Method of Application
Candidates who chose Ogun State Polytechnic of Health and Allied Sciences, Ilese-Ijebu, and scored at least 120 in the 2024 JAMB UTME are to obtain the Post-UTME screening form upon the payment of the indicated non-refundable fee through the school portal at https://my.ospohasilese.edu.ng before end of August, 2024.
Interested applicants who did not choose OSPOHAS but scored 120 and above can also apply, but must apply for change of institution at any JAMB-accredited CBT centre and make OSPOHASas first choice.

After the screening, applicants can return to the portal and click on Check Admission Status, and log in to know if they have been given admission into the Polytechnic.
