Osun State CHT Ilesa Admission Requirements 2024/2025
- Five O/Level Credit Passes in English Language, Mathematics and three science subjects (Biology, Chemistry and Physics)
- JAMB is compulsory for ND EHT, ND HIM, ND Dental Therapy, and ND Dental Surgery Technology
- Must meet Osun State CHT, Ilesa UTME cut-off mark of 120
- No age limit (provided the candidate satisfies basic entry qualification)

Interested applicants should visit https://osunhealthtechilesa.edu.ng and click on Apply. During the application, the applicant is expected to make a non refundable fee payment.
Candidates should note that in addition to the general entry requirements, they will be required to meet the requirements for their course of choice.
Qualified candidates will be notified to come for the admission screening and interview with the following:
- O-level results (Printout not Statement
- Jamb results with a minimum score of 120 and above (ND courses)
- Registration Slip
- Result Slip
- Local Government Identification
- Birth Certificate/Declaration Of Age
- 2 or more Recent Passport
- Writing Materials

The screening interview is scheduled to hold on the 13th and 14th of August, 2024 respectively. Candidates will be sent SMS by the school concerning their screening.
Venue: OSCHT ILESHA Campus
Time: 08:00 am.
The applicant must score above the cut-off pass mark in the entrance examination and interview to gain admission.
