School of Psychiatric Nursing, Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, FNPH, Kware, Sokoto State has announced admission into the School of Psychiatric Nursing for 2024/2025 session.
Interested and qualified candidates are invited for admission into the Post Basic Course in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing for the year 2024/2025 for the award of Registered Psychiatric Nurse Certificate (RPN) of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN). The duration of the course is 18 months.
School of Psychiatric Nursing FNPH, KwareRequirements
- Applicants must possess WASC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB, or O/Level with at least five (5) credits in not more than two (2) sittings in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics.
- Candidates must have RN Certificate of the NMCN with at least one (1) year post-qualification experience, NYSC for degree holders, and a current practicing license. Other nursing qualifications will be an added advantage.
Method of Application 2024
Candidates are to make applications by handwriting, which should include their educational and professional qualifications, NYSC status, accompanied with photocopies of credentials, 2 recent passport photographs (white background), email address, phone numbers, and evidence of payment of a non-refundable application fee of N10,000.
The application fee can be paid at the Hospital’s Revenue Unit or into the hospital’s Treasury Single Account (TSA) with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
